Emails for Website Backup Storage

You can Add emails for backups.

The table contain the list of emails used or ready to be used to receive your backups.

You can edit all the elements directly in the table. Just go over with the mouse, when the arrow becomes a hand, double click to open the field editor. Do Enter on keyboard for modification validation, or click around to leave the field editor without modification.

Emails for backups table :

• Email address : email receiving the backups.
• Attachment size (Mo) : maximum attachment size allowed by email.
• Maximum number of emails/day : the maximum number of emails you can send to this email address everyday. A value should be set if you use the phpmail. In this case 10 emails/day should protect your email of errors.
• Icons :
  • Click on checked icon  to send a test email with attachment following your parameters. Check if the email arrives in spam box.
  • If you have the running  and the heart  icon the email is used for backups, and it cannot be deleted.
  • If you have the walking icon and the skull icon,
    • you can click on walking icon  to change status of the email. If you want to remove this email from the list of available emails for backup, but keep it in the list of emails. When the email is suspended you have a moon icon , you can click on this icon to reactivate the email in the list of emails for backups.
    • you can click on skull  to delete this email from list
